SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders is 1 to 3 working days from the time the order is placed. All deliveries will be made at the company's own expense.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any changes in the delivery address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are included in the price of the items.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier will deliver the order?
After a first attempt at delivery, the courier will leave you a notice so that you can contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the delivery address you indicated. After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If you have not received your order within 4 working days from the confirmation of your order, please contact us at delivey@beatriceperlac.es.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we offer you the possibility of sending gifts through our online store. To do this, make your purchase as usual, select the shipping address to which you want us to send the gift and in the step "Shipping" check the option "Wrap for gift". You will be able to write a personalized message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.
Can I pick up my order somewhere?
Yes, you can pick up your order free of charge at our store, located at CAMINO DE LOMA DE RETAMAR 16B, Ctra Cancelada-Marbella Country Club, 29679 Benahavis. The schedule of collection is from Monday to Thursday from 10h to 16:30h. Take with you the confirmation mail of your order.
You have 3 working days to pick up your package once we have verified the payment. After this period, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the money.
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
To return an item you are not satisfied with, we offer you the option: through our shipping company.

The steps you must follow are the following:
1. Send us an email to delivery@beatriceperlac.es, with the information of the items you want to return

Prepare your package for return by using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition as it was sent, with its original labels and without being used. Don't forget to include the completed Return Form.
2. As soon as we receive it, we will request the collection of the package from our transport company.
3. We will then confirm the date and place of the pickup.
You must provide the pick up within 3 working days from the date we receive the return mail.
Can I make a return in store?
Yes, you can come and return the product.
How long does it take to make a return?
The maximum time you have to send us the return email is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this time we can not accept the return of your order.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
No. It will be free for you.
How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return has been approved (when we check that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same condition as they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their complete original packaging) you will receive the amount in the same way that you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that payment to your credit card or PayPal account always depends on your bank.
The amount paid will correspond to the retail price you paid for the returned items.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right to withdraw from the order. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by means of any type of unequivocal statement in which you indicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do this by sending an e-mail to delivery@beatriceperlac.es. In this case, the amount paid and the order will be refunded following the procedure indicated above.
